Pursuant to the Federal Act for the Protection of Personal Data under Private Control, herein after referred to as the “Act”, it is important that you read carefully the following Privacy Notice.

 

THE FANCY ARCHIVE (hereinafter “TFA”) with address located at  Cima 300, Colonia Valle Real en Zapopan, Jalisco CP. 45019, is responsible for: (i) collecting personal data (by any means possible), (ii) the use that gives to the personal data, and (iii) the safety and the protection of the personal data. Based on the above mentioned, TFA is required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal data collected and to assure that third parties and individuals under its dependence fulfill the same obligation under the terms of the Act.

 

TFA will be able to share the data that collects with its collaborators, whom will be obligated on the same terms and conditions as TFA, regarding the handling of such data. Under any circumstances, personal data shall be transferred to third parties outside the cases established by the Act.

Titleholders are entitled to exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation (hereinafter the “ARCO rights“), provided by the Act.

 

To exercise their ARCO rights, Titleholders must submit their request at email address hello@thefancyarchive.com.

 

The application must contain at least the following requirements: (a) full name and the means to communicate with you, (b) a document proving your identity, (c) a clear and precise description of the personal data for which you seek to exercise your right(s), and (d) any other relevant documents to facilitate the location of the data.

 

This Privacy Notice is always available for consultation at the TFA Website, any modifications made to this privacy notice will be communicated through the aforementioned Website.

Your privacy is important to us. By providing us your name, telephone, address and e-mail address trough the forms of this Website, you agree for us to use such information in order to provide the services that the TFA Website offers.
