Uno61 Casa de Arte
Second Exhibition, Mexico.
Oscar de las Flores, Pablo Cotama, Sabino Guisu, Alejandro Escobar and Rene Almanza.
In November 2015, TFA presented uno61’s second exhibition. The event took place at an old house that dates back to the Porfiriato.
Uno61 is a project that seeks to link and unite those who are able to create art, with those who surround themselves with and appreciate the beauty of it. At the exhibition, five internationally renowned artists presented their work: Sabino Guisu, Oaxacan exhibitor is well-known in international fairs such as Art Basel Miami and several exhibitions around Mexico; René Almanza, consolidated master and exhibitor of Mexican painting, with multiple exhibitions in San Francisco, Los Angeles, London, and other cities; Oscar de las Flores, who has exhibited his work in all five continents and whose collectors include renowned politicians, such as Fidel Castro and Nelson Mandela; Pablo Cotama, who recently returned from London with great success; and last but not least, Alejandro Escobar, a 17-year-old artist from Oaxaca who, at such a young age, has presented his individual catalog at the Graphic Arts Institute of Oaxaca and several individual exhibitions around Mexico.
